EXCAVATOR GUARDING
HFPA can supply and fit all types of excavator guarding to suit applications such as forestry, demolition, earthmoving & custom guarding to suit customer application. Types of guarding include:
- Cabin FOPS guards to suit forestry applications, front window & roof guards for demolition & earthmoving. Mesh and polycarbonate window covers. Lighting packages for cabin guards
- Heavy duty full length pressed bump rails for side protection that also toolbox corner protection
- Different styles of underbody guarding from panel replacement to fully welded underside panels. Heavy duty centre hinged slew guards.
- Over machine guarding includes full hydraulic bat wing style guarding, engine bonnet replacement (10mm hydraulic operation), RHS side guards with heavy duty steel doors. All overbody guarding is designed to replicate OEM air vents and air flow to ensure no disruption of cooling air flow.
- Undercarriage upgrades including track skis, idler strengthening, undercarriage strengthening, Top roller upgrades to double flanged rollers, chain guides.
